Great children’s ministry! It’s VBS season — registration is open and they’re giving cup cakes to kids(and Mom’s) at the registration desk. That’s fun! The church members are compassionate and welcoming– we feel at home at every children’s event. Today’s service was traditional and encouraging. No judgement, no obligation. It is nice to feel love and hope in church.

Great PreK programs, Great teachers. I’m two kids loved this school. I met this pre K program 5 years ago when we first moved here and my Son loved it. He had a really good teacher, and the whole program helped him to be more prepared for kindergarten . Almost 3 years ago I came back with my girl being just 2 years of age and she also loved her teacher and the entire staff The have different programs that accommodates to the kids-Parents schedule and that changes depending on the children’s age . For 2 yo they have the Two day full time(Tue and Thu ~ 9– 2) For 3yo: Two day full time(Tue and Thu ~ 9 — 2) or Three day half time(Mon, wed, fri ~ 9– 12) For 4Yo: Two day full time, Three day half time, or 5 day half time(Mon-Fri ~ 9 – 12) Prices are very reasonable and the kids get really good jumpstart in school.

Very disappointed in the childcare. My son was in the two year old class. His teacher is in her early 80’s and had trouble handling this age group. There were several situations throughout the year but the last situation made my decision final with no hesitation. We witnessed this elder teacher forcefully push a child’s head down on the mat because he would not sleep. This teacher also belittled me & my family members every time we walked in the door to pick up our child. She talked very loud so other parents could hear, about things my child was doing wrong but it was over things that the other children in his class did as well. She never had anything good to say. After witnessing the physical touching of the child, I pulled my child out the next day. After reporting this to the director, to my knowledge, she did NOTHING about this situation. That same day I had turned in my registration fee for the following year. After this incident happened I asked the director not to cash the check that my son would not be returning. She cashed the check and did not refund it to me. This also happened on the first day of the month and they would not give me a full refund, EVEN considering the circumstances. I am very disappointed of the situation and how it was not handled. The director of this school would not give me any information on who is over her so that I could take this situation to higher up. All she would tell me is that this would have to be discussed with the«board». We should not have to worry about how daycares are handling our children behind closed doors. If we witnessed this teacher physically touching a child(also heard cussing from a previous teacher assistant in front of the children) there is NOTELLING what is going on behind closed doors. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.
