Avoid at all costs. Horrible patients? Hypochondriacs? constant sounds of coughing? I do not work at a medical establishment, but I would guess these may be some of the reasons the staff at OBFM are so worthlessly disdainful. Upon entering, you’ll get shouted at by one of the many receptionists «You have an appointment?». If yes, they slap down a form for you to fill out (miraculously STILL without having ever looked at you). If no… God help you…
Expect to wait anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours during Flu season, and that’s only to get called into the back waiting area. After being weighed, my average waiting time is another 1.5 hours to see an R.N. — oh did I mention that you likely won’t see a doctor unless you specifically request so.
When the doctors at OBFM enter, they will likely be tapping the checklists in their computer as they robotically ask you what symptoms you have. The only specialization this practice has is carrying on conversations without ever looking at you.
