I wish I could give them no stars. I tried to call a 877 number-​no order option, tried to order online-​mind boggling! No delivery option, could not find the thin crust, then called the local store someone answered and was on hold for 6 minutes before I hung up and went on to order Domino’s.
Papa John’s I would have loved to try your pizza, now I’m just frustrated and angry. Worst ever!

We ordered online. We ordered an extra large pizza and added peppers, garlic sauce, and their seasoning packets on the side. We received our pizza and they were very generous with all the things we ordered on the side! It was a nice surprise. Everything was very delicious.

We just tried to order a pizza from the Super Bowl promo. This store was clueless as to how to help a customer and even more lost on customer service. There is a reason why Dominos beats Papa John in Olive Branch hands down. Papa Johns customer service stinks!
