Today is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location since they opened last year. Food is good, but overpriced. For the 7.5″ regular sandwich with a small Coke and small fries it was $ 10.43. On top of that I waited in the drive thru line nearly 10 mins for it. Won’t be going back. They seem to be struggling for business and I believe their prices are what’s hurting them.

This steak escape is just like all the other steak escape locations. You place your order and stand in line to receive your food. Ruth’s Chris is in Memphis if you want to be waited on, haha! Management seems to have changed again for this particular location. Food seems to be getting better, employees definitely better, restaurant is under a make over with new paint. Just hope that it will be the place it used to be a couple of years ago.

I was not impressed with their cheesesteak sandwiches. You order at the counter and then stand in line to wait for your sandwich to be made. Waitstaff is friendly. The French fries were the best thing about the lunch.
