this store sux! just talked to yung casheier and short manager trying to return an item i bought last night i lost receipt, they would not return my money?! if u want a fair return policy go elsewere it is 910 pm on 12÷30÷15

So there are a few workers there that are really nice, but there is one woman there that is rude beyond belief. I want to say her name is Angela? But anyway, one day a cashier charged me twice on accident for a toy I was buying my daughter. So I realized on the drive home and I went back about 15 minutes later to get my money back and the original woman that rang me up was gone, so I talked to the manager(who I think was Angela) and she would not refund my money. They said I needed to prove that I only took one toy instead of two. I asked them to check the cameras because it was minutes before, and they would not refund the money and they would not check the cameras or anything. She even insinuated that I needed to leave when I tried to ask what I could do to get my money back. Basically this store stole my money. I should have taken it to corporate but I guess it is not that big of a deal because it was just one toy. I just know I will go there sometimes, but if that woman is working I just leave because she is the most unkind woman I have ever met before. There is no way she should be working in customer service. And I understand a lot of people are difficult to help when you work in customer service sometimes, I worked at walmart for years, so I know some days you just don’t want to deal with customers being rude, but this woman was beyond rude to me, which is not professional and I hear from quite a few other people that she is rude to them, also.

I visited this store on September 3rd around 7:30pm. There were 3 associates behind the counter and at least 6 of us in line. When another customer asked for one of the 3 employees to open another register, the female person in charge(she had the store keys) said she was on lunch, in a very snotty demeanor. I was offended because of this. I, honestly, felt like she was judging him because of his appearance. The male cashier never even greeted any of the customers as we approached the counter. This store needs some training on customer service! And they were so busy talking when I came in that I had to point out puddles of water on the floor directly in front of their counter. It wasn’t until I used the words, «slip hazard» that any of them even looked over the counter to see how bad it was. Horrible experience!!!

Have stopped into this store often, because it’s convenient and close to home. I have seen a few different instances of associates being extremely rude to customers, I just cringe and still stop in. Last night I stopped in about 10 minutes to closing, rushed through grabbed my items, was yelled twice at by the«key» employee, «Dannette». When I told her I don’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me, I was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. When I told her that her behavior was appalling and I spend money there often, I was told«we don’t need your business, you can leave now!» I then told her I would be contacting her corporate office to file a formal complaint and I was denied my purchase and kicked out of the store. I have NEVER been treated this poorly and won’t be returning to that store!!!

Great hours! You can find just about everything here minus alcohol which is ok. Prices are really decent too. I will continue coming back but id like to make a suggestion to the cashiers, treat your customers with more kindness. Other than that I recommend this store. Great location next to the freeway. I often stop here on my way to Sacramento.
