Plumas Lake Child Development Center

All three of my kids have gone here both for preschool and after school care! I think they are great to work with, are great in communicating with me when my kids’ need something and are reasonably priced, not to mention their hours (6:00 am — 6:30 pm) are great for a parent that works in Sacramento and has to commute each day. Being that we live rural it’s great to have something close to home. Ms. Hope and Ms. Joscelyn love my kiddos like their are their own.

My son 3 year old was going here for 6 months. My husband & I really liked it because it was close to home & new community. After a few months of attending, I would hear nothing but negativity. My son got staph infections twice at this place & I complained about them not wiping him right when he went #2 FOUR times. Everytime I would complain about not cleaning him right, Ms. dulce, his teacher would back fire. She claimed they didnt know I wanted him clean right or that he was out of wipies. This place accepts kids that are not potty trained, how will you please not be cleaning kids right when they go #2?!
Ms.Dulce is unprofessional, disrespectful & never admits she’s wrong. I would not recommend this place!
