My husband and I had our wedding ceremony here in 2011, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. First of all, I dare you to find a more picturesque venue — it can’t be done! The Grand Pacific Junction in Olmsted Falls is so quaint and adorable, I couldn’t help but squee the first time I saw it. It was perfect for our wedding! Our photographer took so many amazing pictures in the area, and we didn’t have to travel to a second location. There were pictures in front of a vintage traincar, gazebos, vintage-looking restoration shops and bars, covered bridges, train tracks, etc. etc. Just gorgeous! There was plenty of parking for all of our guests, which was something I had initially worried about, but it ended up not being an issue. The Chapel itself is so beautiful and charming. There is a large, perfectly decorated bridal parlor, which has a balcony that overlooks a bubbling brook. The stained glass in the chapel is simply stunning when it is illuminated by sunlight. The little chapel stairs in the front were where some of my favorite wedding photos were taken! Clint Williams is a wonderful man! He was so helpful to me with all of my nervous bride questions about logistics and parking, etc. Also, Earl, the organist, was a lifesaver! Because our out-of-town officiant(my brother) couldn’t come to the rehearsal, Earl happily stepped up as a de facto officiant, and because of his help, everything went smoothly on our wedding day. At the time we got married there, I think the rental price was about $ 950. I didn’t do that much research(because I had fallen in love with this chapel as soon as I saw it), but I think this is a pretty typical venue rate if you aren’t getting married in your home church.
