I’ve been meaning to add this, keep forgetting; as an addendum to my review of 6÷27÷14, when I FINALLY got my mower back I went immediately to properties that I was supposed to be mowing and noticed that the great t&s neglected to put the screws back on that hold the top of the mower on and had to mow with it dangling by the starter cord. I’m sure this omission was not caused by rushing to finish the job, since it took 12 days when I was told 3 – 5. I read another review where the young lady just said«Jerks!» And I can think of many better terms, but let’s just go with JERKS!

Went into T&S yesterday for the first time with a problem – identify the model number of the Honda engine on my old Simplicity Power Max tractor. The number had been worn off but I did have the model type and serial number. I talked with two people – both very friendly and helpful. The young lady behind the parts counter took my information and in a minute had the information I needed! I had looked on the web for and hour and couldn’t find it. I was very impressed and very happy! Highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff and are very nice people.

So far this year I have purchased a Stihl leaf blower and yesterday a Toro mower from T&S. When I purchased the leaf blower the staff appeared very knowledgeable, but I had already done my research so I knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did T&S fill the blower with gas, they also filled out the registration for the blower but a few days later I received a HANDWRITTEN thank you note in the mail for my business. As a big advocate for customer service this was awesome to me! When I walked in the door yesterday to buy a mower I had not done any research, but was given great advice by the staff and walked out a happy customer. I pick the mower up Friday because not only do the fill it with gas they also fill it with oil, and give it a test run before I can take it home.
