I love Dr. Lee, but her front office staff is rude, lazy and incompetent. Every time I have gone there with my kids I am greeted with very rude staff that seem like they are inconvenienced by having to check me in. They have terrible customer service and don’t seem to realize they are in the customer service business! I have also had bad recent experiences with getting forms faxed over to their office. Their office staff has«lost» or «never received» forms several times. I even asked if I could email them the form and print it. Their response was an incredulous look of surprise and a whisper of «we don’t have email» and«we don’t know how to print». I mean, this is 2016, are you kidding me? And this response was delivered by someone that is less than 35 yrs old while they were sitting at a computer. The net net is that Dr. Lee is great but her staff doesn’t care and they are just there to collect a paycheck. Rude and dumb. Dr. Lee, please get new front office staff and a new office manager. This group needs to go. Until that happens you have lost a loyal family customer.
