steve did a great job installing our fireplace. he and his crew ran a gas line and installed a gas insert for us.
after several weeks of use, the stove stopped working. he came by and found that one of the electrical modules was burnt, likely from a manufacturing defect. he got the part from the company and came back to replace it. have been using it for 4 weeks, and works just fine now.
He installed our unit, and i would have no reservations calling him back if there were any issues in the future

I had an issue with a gas fireplace setting off our fire alarms in a rental property. My tenant had called two other companies and they both could not fix what was causing the issue. After calling around, I finally found Steve the Fireplace Guy and I couldn’t have been happier. He was completely professional and was knowledgeable and did the job as promised. In fact he even offered not to accept payment if he couldn’t fix the issue. So glad to have found a reputable, honest service professional for future jobs on my fireplaces.
