Antidote Spa and Salon

The spa is clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. Appointments are made easily and you can usually get in quickly.
However, the quality of the manicure service is lacking. I’ve been here twice now. Both times I got a manicure. Each time my nail service was performed by a different tech. Both were polite, but lacking in knowledge and skill. The first trip my nail was damaged by a metal tool which didn’t need to be used, let alone for the service I requested.
During my second visit, I didn’t even receive the service I truly went in for. My nails were to be trimmed in length considerably. I wanted close to half of the free edge trimmed and not even a ¹⁄₆^th was removed. I was incredibly disappointed when my tech claimed to be «done» and after giving this place another shot at not needing my oversight (during what is supposed to be a relaxing manicure) I decided I would just pay someone else to fix it.
Truly disappointed, I hoped I wouldn’t have to return to the cheap walk in nail bars for a simple manicure.

Love this place first time going and the service and place is amazing I’ll be going back for sure! Lauren did a great job on my pedicure took her time and I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable great place overall friendly staff clean environment:)

I had the most amazing experience. Britney gave me a very wonderful facial. She was a pleasure to talk to which made the experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be going back.
I also had a massage, body scrub, and body wrap (Rose? I think she was my massage therapist). There seemed to be something wrong with the hot water. The rinsing off between treatments was a bit shocking after being so relaxed. However, my skin felt like silk when all was done. The treatment itself was pretty fabulous.
I was a loyal customer of the V-​Spa for a few years, but their front desk customer service has been lacking. I have found my new spa at Antidote.
