We have dealt with them multiple times. We like what they have been able to do for us, especially restoring hard drives and keeping our 2 power house computers up-to-date. They will get my 5^th star when we deal with them again and they are more responsive with their communication, and aggressively letting us know the status of our computers and quotes (by the way, still haven’t got my quote for purchasing a server.)
Pretty much plan on caring the weight of the communication if you drop of your computer, you will have to be the one to call and keep checking on status.
They are a good computer store.
