I don’t know how my fiancé and I put up with this place for our entire years’ lease. The property management personnel are completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. On more than one occasion, they have pulled regulations out of their asses that are not mentioned anywhere in the lease and tried to pass them off as gospel. «Well, sir you actually can’t do that because it says so in your lease blah blah blah, bull-crap.» Where in fact, black and white, there is nothing mentioned about not being able to have a pet under a year old. Another example is that I had an EMPTY gas can on the back patio that I had purchased prior to moving here and has been empty the entire time. Now, the lease says that we can’t have any flammable liquids out there. Cool, I got it. It’s been empty the entire time I’ve lived here. We have a barracks style inspection the other day with the management going through with a white glove and she mentions that I need to get rid of it. Again, not a horrible thing, I understand and tell her that I will take care of it. Of course she didn’t think to ask if it even had gas in it, but I don’t care because I’m moving out of here anyway. I’ll play your games. A couple hours later my fiancé comes home to a written statement threatening eviction if we don’t comply within ten days. Completely unnecessary and kind of a bitch move if you ask me. We have been damn good tenants, never caused problems and have kept our place very nice. The apartments themselves aren’t horrible, its just the people you have to deal with that make up the poor living conditions. I’m glad to be leaving.

My husband and I lived in this apartment for about 7 months, but we charged for 8 months as we missed the notification deadline by 2 days. Overall, it was a poor experience with loud neighbors above us, loud construction next to us due to a fire damaged building owned by the same company, and mold prone conditions that were a handful to keep in check. We were always early on rent payments and even accepted the poor living conditions in stride with no complaints. Whenever we would go in to talk with management they were short and unorganized. But the most annoying part about living in this place, is their policy of black lighting the carpet for pet stains. Our dog has been potty trained for a few years now and never had an accident, but when the black light was on, it showed little flecks of an unknown substance that we thought was ok because they pulled back the carpet and it showed no signs of pet staining. In one of the bedrooms we were using a carpet cleaner to clean the incessant mold that would not go away. The cleaner ended up bleaching a small stripe of carpet. Their policy is no spot carpet replacement so we were charged with a $ 1200 bill. I cleaned the apartment constantly and we were even complimented on the good job cleaning. We left the apartment in great shape and in our minds were charged $ 2000 too much. The only positive is the location. Now we are in our house and I couldn’t be happier. After renting for almost 10 years, this place definitely charges the most

These people are awful criminals. They try to act like it’s so prestigious to live there and it’s one of the more disgusting places in the whole area. Mind you I paid $ 900 for deposits when I moved in, for me and my little pom pom, and they decided my apartment needed a carpet replacement when I moved out but only a SMALL part of my deposit went towards that… so why did I pay $ 900 in the first place? That seems criminal to me, where did the other $ 600 go?

This place is shady. At move out, they’ll charge you for things that were already there and find any little thing to charge for. It’s a dump. Who thought they’d charge to clean the drip pan under the fridge? If you move here, make sure you get a walk through and take pictures before and after you move out.
