If 0 stars could be givin i would. I called this company 3 weeks in advance to make an appointment. My appointment was between 12 –2. I waited till 6pm and never heard a word. I called and i got excuses, that the driver forgot my papework and that he was running late from another job. I have been in customer service for 10+ years. If that ever is the case you call your customer and let them know. So i emailed them and got a call the next day that he might be able to make it that day but it was unknown. I had to have it done due to the fact i was moving out of an apt at the end of the month. This company was rude when i called offered no discount for the hassel. Nothing so i went with another company. Who heard my story and came down to help me out. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
