Management does not train the staff sell enough to handle features advertised on gas pumps. Several times I’ve come to redeem my Fred Meyer Rewards for cents off the price of fuel. Each time I ask the attendant if they know how to handle the transaction. Almost always they say the do. Most recently, I was entitled to $ 0.50 off per gallon with my Fred Meyers Rewards. The attendant charged my credit card $ 60, but I wasn’t able to get any fuel. The pump flashed a sign saying select another grade. After charging my credit card $ 60 twice and refunding it twice, he called the owner. Finally after over 30 minutes, I was able to get my fuel and he charged my credit card a third time for the correct amount. The next day I came in with another vehicle to fuel and get the $ 0.03 per gallon discount for using my Fred Meyers Reward card. The gas pump would not give me the discount. The sign on the pump says, «$ 0.03 off per gallon on every fill-​up.» When I complained to the attendant, she said she didn’t know anything about it and didn’t appreciate being yelled at this early in the morning. If the employees don’t know how to ensure the customers get the advertised discounts, what good are they. This is a horrible way to do business.

I love this location as they have gas, espresso, yummy food and a great carwash! What else could a person want… oh yeah and the employees are all so friendly!!!
