Our dog had major razor burns after leaving this place, she was in a small amount of pain for a couple days. Looks like a lot of mixed reviews about this place, perhaps they had a new person working that day, who knows. Regardless never doing business here again.

We love Classy Canine. We found them a little over 2 years ago when we were looking for a place to board our 2 dogs. The staff is friendly and we’ve never had any problems. We had taken our 2 to other places where they either balked at going in the door, or would slink towards the door while we were trying to leave them. Not here! We laugh that they run in the door as if it’s their second home. I haven’t hesitated to refer them to anyone.

I love Classy Canine. I can’t even remember how long ago I started going there — lets just say it’s been a very long while. Connie does a tremendous job grooming my dog and has been exceptional in caring for and grooming my past dogs and friends’ dogs. Connie is compassionate and cares for the dogs based upon each dog’s individual need. I recommend Classy Canine with 5 stars based upon my personal experience for grooming and boarding…

My dog has been treated so well at this place! Connie, the new owner, has been very understanding and has gone out of her way to accommodate me when dropping and picking up my dog.
I appreciate how she provides a dog bed that is above ground, and a clean kennel. I could tell she is someone who loves what she does.
She also groomed my dog well. I asked for a cute puppy dog look and that’s what she gave my maltipoo.

Connie did a real nice shampoo job on my cat, Toby. He is so happy and so soft and clean. She likes helping cats with special needs, how thoughtful.

Took my golden mix and my German shepard/​chow mix here for grooming. This place is awesome! Very friendly staff. when I called to get an appointment the lady was super friendly and helpful and even got my two dogs appointments in less than a day! Renee was so great, she did and amazing job, my babies look so cute.
The only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner! Best prices in town (and I have been to alot of groomers in the Oly/​Tummwater area) My dogs are very happy, and so am I. Thank you Classy Canine!

Horrible, horrible place… dirty, animals are mistreated, owner charges extra for perks, such as playtime, but doesn’t actually do it… animals are left in small enclosures with no bedding… I highly recommend you do your business elsewhere.

Razor burn. Razor burn. Razor burn. I took my dog in today to get groomed and now he lays hiding under the bed with the saddest puppy eyes. His belly is a flaming red mess.
I understand the occasionally razor burn but to have every inch of my dogs belly red and sore is just horrible. He is not a difficult dog to shave. I have done it a number of time with ease, no experience and shitty clippers. I guess I will start doing it myself again.
I did love this place. In the beginning they were amazing but after the last three visits I will not be returning. Maybe they have someone new or maybe they are taking on way too many dogs at one time. I wish it was the same place I loved a year ago.
