Worst Internet company on the planet. Their customer service agents are speaking to you from 3^rd world countries. Like I am going to trust them with my personal information. Yeah they may be considered the fastest due to their monopoly of the cable lines which our taxes actually paid for, but yet they somehow manage to have the worst service ever! Don’t need their 75 – 100 mbps of just internet for over $ 100 a month unless I run a business from home, whith I don’t. I can get 40 Mbps from Century Link for $ 19.99 and great service so GFY Comcast!

One min a movie is free then the next you have to rent it almost all of my recordings when I actually go to watch them it tells me that there not available. The new remote set up is annoying as well as the guide

I am a new customer with Xfinity. I have to say it was a huge mistake to got with this company. They charged me $ 90 dollar for an over weight cigarette smelling individual to fumble around my new home with muddy boots. It took him two hours to figure out how to connect my cable and internet almost like it was his first time. Once complete he gave me a half @ssed tutorial about the functions. When I asked if there was any reference materials he said no. All he wanted to do was rush home and watch a football game that had already started which he was recording (which I still dont know how to do). I am canceling my cable and going with the bare minimum. I wanted an affordable full package so I can use my alarm system. Every channel I want to watch requires me to subscribe. Wish I could give less then one star.

I enjoy my fast internet speed and HD cable channels. Comcast has really cornered the market in their industry. The problem I’m having with that is they know it. They rack up prices. You pay for the on demand service which allows you to view many movies and tv shows but now they stooped to a new low. They micro charge a feature they already charge for. I want to watch Gotham season two but they removed the first six episodes but still air episodes 7 – 12. Soon enough those episodes will be available but at a price. Their customer «service» are based in another country. So we’re basically paying another country for a service in USA. The accents of the customer service agents are so strong I have to ask for someone else and that usually offends the agent I’m speaking to and I get hung up on. Comcast, your prices suck as much as your untrained customer service agents!

This is the most unresponsive greedy business anywhere. Whatever they sell you, the price goes up within a year. They will offer you a deal on something else but the total cost of it in the long run will be greater for less. If you can avoid Comcast, avoid them.

Started with Comcast little over a year ago at $ 99 a month for phone, internet and cable, did the 2 yr service & received a $ 100 gift card, after that we were probably out of service for a month because they couldn’t fix some sort of wiring problem, had to trench the yard etc., they gave us 3 months of a movie channel, so a few months ago our bill went up to $ 141.00,NOW after all that crap our bill starting this month is $ 170.16 WTF,
I cant downgrade because Id have to pay $ 110 to cancel and the new service would be the same.
I think its time for this industry to get a wake up call, all they do is up the prices and rip everyone off it’s disgusting !!!

As far as customer service I give them 5 stars, the people who have helped me the last two times have been awesome, now as for the company it’d be a whole different story. They charge way too much and it’s impossible to get the best bang for the buck without being a friend of an employee? As for the customer service I had a tree knock out the cable line twice in a week on one of my rentals, When I called and the first time they had somebody out there within a few hours to fix it, the second time I called at 6:40 pm and they had a repair person there at 9am the next morning (on a Sunday) I don’t pay the renters cable bill, but I don’t think they charged for doing the repairs. And to let the landlord call for repairs is gore try cool!

I moved from Colorado Springs, CO to Tacoma, WA so had to cancel my comcast account. When i got to Tacoma, I got a new account with them and planned to continue using my cable modem. After getting home, I noticed that my modem did not work. I called them and they said they Needed to deactivate my modem in colorado springs so that I could use it in tacoma, which makes no sense to me. After numerous calls, hours wasted, and several visits to this customer center, and 4 days, I still do NOT have internet! Their service is beyond pathetic. I’d rather wait for hours in an emergency room than have to deal with these people again. Avoid at all costs.

I went in to the Customer Service Center last week and was very pleased. The wait was short and the associate, Chad, that helped me was great. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He also got me a great deal paying ten dollars less with internet and cable, than I originally thought I’d pay for internet alone. He even threw in three months of HBO for free.

Absolutely horrible customer service. 14 people waiting and two customer service reps working. Been waiting 20 minutes
So far. What kind of company delivers this total lack of customer service? Just here to trade old modem in for newer and this the service? Dish network here I come.

I wish I could give NO STARS!!! I was told by a Comcast phone rep that this location was open until 9pm. I drove up tonight, after rushing to get there at 7pm, only to find a woman locking the door. I was literally 2 seconds behind her! I knocked and the reps behind the desk pointed at the sign, which says 9am-​7pm, but refused to come to the door to even provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM LIVID!!! I was there due to an error made a week ago by another phone rep, and they wouldn’t even bother to come to the door to hear me. I swear, this is by far the WORST telecom company on the planet, and wish that it wasn’t the ONLY option for high speed internet in our area.

I walked into the office with 4 representatives and pulled #74 and looked up to see they were serving #72. I thought to myself «yay this won’t take too long». Oh did I speak too soon. I slowly watched two representatives leave as they finished with their customer and I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before calling my number. Not only are they under staffed but these representatives work as slow as my 85 year old grandpa that has several bypass surgeries and he’s even faster then them. Xfinity is a terrible company and I will be much happier with no cable and CenturyLink Internet.

Comcast is the worst cable company ever! They charge way to much for every little thing! The customer service sucks big time … At the store itself, online and on the phone. They have monopolized the cable business so they can make their prices and service be so bad cause people have no other company to choose from. I turned my service off and still was charged. They will suck u dry! It’s robbery basically.

This is place a joke, bad customers services, 3 guys behind desk when there are 25 customers waiting. Horrible… good thing I cancel my cable now. never again… u suckzzz

This review is for this Comcast location, not Comcast services in general.
Pros: Long line moved quickly, as three service desks were open at the same time. Clean facility. Kiosks available if you need to pay bill.
Cons: Employee lied about pricing, overcharged me twice, then lied again.
In fairness, Brad was very polite as he screwed me, so at least he was gentle.
I was unable to open an internet account online because a previous tenant of my home had an outstanding bill with the company. I was told to visit a local store to verify I wasn’t that tenant. So I went to the store on Yauger Way with the exact internet plan I wanted at the price advertised. Brad greeted me kindly and allowed me to explain the situation, which he handled pretty easily. Then he opened an account and I told him I wanted the Performance Internet package with Blast!, which was listed online for 34.99 for the first 12 months. Brad said that the price had actually just gone up to 39.99. We debated a little, and ultimately I agreed to 39.99. He completed the deal and gave me a phone # to call for activation. Before I left, I asked him how much the monthly rate would be after the 12 months, and he quoted me 74.99. After I got back home, I set up the equipment and called the activation number. An automated service activated my account, and then I asked to be transferred to a rep so I could get my account #. The rep kindly gave me my info, and for verification purposes explained that I was getting Performance Internet with Blast! for 44.99. At this point, I am already planning to go back to the store for Brad. She transferred me to another rep, and another rep, and another rep. who verified the local rate in my area as 34.99. Not only had Brad lied about the $ 35 internet being $ 40, he never mentioned that he was going to bump it to $ 45 for no apparent reason. Finally, a guy named Joe cancelled my service, and reactivated it at 34.99 and told me that after 12 months it would be 54.99, not 74.99 Brad. Thanks to Jeyln and Joe on the other end of the phone.

This review is for the service center itself and not as much for the service. I could go on ad nauseum about Comcast service but I will refrain from doing so in that length.
After having Comcast internet for less than 3 weeks, I decided that I didn’t like how slow the internet was and how it kicked me off at peak times. Since I was used to the near perfect service of CenturyLink for the 2 years prior to switching to Comcast, this was something I was unaccustomed to. So I called Comcast to figure out how to return my hardware and let go of my relationship with Comcast. This place wasn’t too hard to find and when I went inside, I picked my number and waiting in line.
After I was called, it really wasn’t a hassle to get rid of my non-​wifi modem which I had to buy a separate router for since Comcast still appears to send non-​wifi modems by default and still charge an installation fee even if you’re installing it yourself. The lady behind the counter was actually quite courteous as she generated my final bill and manhandled my modem tossing it like a beast into the hardware receptacles.
The service center was quiet and has a place for kids to sit while the parents wait. It was clean and the not noisy and smelly.
I really tried to give Comcast a chance and bundle my cable and internet together as my apartments don’t accept cable that requires a dish. Sadly I had to break up with Comcast and after the break up even after I confirmed they had turned off my service, I found that I was getting free basic cable the whole time and basically paid Comcast for no reason for BASIC cable. :-)
There just isn’t a lot of choice in cable/​internet providers anymore.

I initially liked Comcast for giving me over 6 years of service. I rarely ever had a problem with them, until now. About a month ago, I called comcast that I’m moving, and was wondering if I’m able to still keep my DVR shows after my move. The representatives responded TWICE saying yes. I called them a third time, and now they’re saying no.
On top of that, I also scheduled a driver come over to pick up the cable equipment. Once the day came, nobody showed up. I had to call and schedule the equipment pick up TWICE. Every time I had to call for service, they’ve always charged me unbelievable amounts of money. My Comcast bill is literally over $ 1K now just for my move.
Overall, I’ve lost all respect and appreciation for Comcast. I’m canceling my account, and they can think I’m going to pay a termination fee. I’m going with Verizon Fios.

Service center is fine. Just got a new remote once, didn’t have any problems. The people in front of me engaging in what looked like more difficult negotiations sure were having a hard time and pretty much everyone coming away from the counter looked pissed.
Comcast in general sucks. Expensive, wouldn’t cancel my phone service when I asked it be disconnected, and their customer service online and on the phone is terrible. You have a bunch of different passwords and usernames, and they default to sending service emails to their @comcast.net email addresses, not the one that you’ll probably actually use everyday. Which means that it’s nearly impossible to keep up with all their little tricks.

If they didn’t have a monopoly I’m sure they would be out of business. Recently they scrambled the signal in order to «Provide Better Service to their customers»!!! Give me a break!!! It’s all about making your signal worse and making us have to go to your office and take a number where we then wait to get a converter box that doesn’t work so we can take it back to get one that hopefully does. I’ve had 3 boxes in the last two months and two of them came not working. I sure wish I had a second choice for TV. When I was in Bremerton I used an antenna and got such a great picture. Now in Olympia I can’t get the signal any more over the air and the TV is almost not worth watching.
