Creative Ink And Embroidery

Wet own a small business and we go through creative ink for all our tshirts, hoodies, beanies & hats! Their prices are fair and there turn around rate to get ordersv finished is timely! If you need screen printing or embroidery these ladies are the way to go! Very happy and will continue to use them fir years to come!
Only suggestion is for them to get a better parking situation!

Update to the update 2÷10÷2015
…I had some issues with my newest order at Creative Ink and embroidery… Spoke with Kellie she is the owner. She said she will resolve the problem and I believe she is a woman of her word. I appreciate her being professional with me about the situation.
Continued…The owner Kellie told me she would re do my shirts the way they should have been done. Of course I was happy to hear that she was going to be professional and fix the problem. I understand that hings happen. The only negatives were I was told I had to give back the original shirts (which I normally donate to a homeless shelter since I can’t sell the shirts or use them because they were not right) And being that they can’t do anything with them either I give them to people who can truly use them. Most companies I have dealt with in the past chalk it up as a mistake if the order they did is not right and no big deal. Interesting I mentioned I donate to homeless shelters after I said that she said they do it too? And last but not least I had to pay for my screens again and I don’t think I should have had to do that when my order wasn’t right to begin with. I didn’t change my artwork I only needed it bigger being that it was too small the first time same design.
***OVERALL*** This set of shirts that they did came out exactly the way they should have and were excellent. I was impressed. The shirts I received today let’s me know they have the skills and talent as a company to continue to do quality business in the community and surrounding areas. Which I am sure they have been doing. So I would say definitely give them a try they are a one stop shop and can take care of all your printing and embroidery needs!

Although it was relatively off the beaten path, the timelessness and customer service was exceptional. I went in with very little idea what I wanted and they even stayed after hours to really help me personalize the gift I purchased for my wife. Great Place!
