Their coffee and rebels are all delicious… but there’s a fine line between being overly friendly, creating a big line and being cordial/polite. It’s just such a long wait in both Lacey locations due to the talking.

Been a loyal costumer since the day they opened. Can’t say enough about how wonderful they are and the great coffee.

Love this Dutch Bros! They are so much more energetic than the other location down the street. The coffee is great, you’re always greeted with a smile and you get a lot of bang for your buck here! I also love that they have a punch card that gets you a free coffee of any size after 10 purchases!

This is my favorite place in Thurston county to go for expresso drinks for a number of reasons, one being that the people are always upbeat and genuinely engaging. Friendly and knowledgable, they are very skilled at what they do — making high quality espresso drinks — quickly and with enthusiasm. Their lust for life is not too saccharine either, it’s juuuuuust right. The prices at Dutch Bro’s are unbeatable and the quality of the beverages is top notch; additionally things that usually make a drink more costly at other establishments are less expensive or free at Dutch Bro’s(extra shot 50¢, extra flavor FREE). They also have a good punch card system and a text program for deals. They’re hours are truly great; they’re open 24⁄7 almost year round with small breaks on holidays for their employees and those who work holidays say they opt in and all take short shifts. This is a «to go» only location which features drive through and walk up service windows. It’s a positive experience every time, and the coffee is incredible. Lastly, if ever you get a chance look up «the Dutch Bro’s creed» — it’ll illuminate and inspire. Edit: attached image of the creed.

The only bad thing about Dutch Brothers is that there are no locations north of Olympia and that makes me a sad girl. I’ve now made it mandatory that if we take a trip going anywhere past a dutch brothers, we must stop for an annihilator. I have no idea what they put in it, but it’s delicious and caffeine and that’s what counts. The workers at this stand are very upbeat and friendly, and if lines get too long someone will grab your order so that it’s ready by the time you get to the window. They do coffee a little differently than our big Seattle chain but that’s why I like them. Definitely give them a try!

So, I have always loved this place, the friendly and energetic baristas, the quick service, the decent prices, and most importantly, great coffee. BUT the last few times I have stopped by(Friday nights both times) the male employee who helped has been so odd(quite possibly HIGH and/or drunk) and over the top I don’t know if I will frequent this place as much. The last two times, He has actually crawled out the drive thru window and sat on the ledge and leaned almost all the way into my car. It was an invasion of space, was odd, and he slurred his words badly and could barely form a sentence. I was ordering a simple drink but had to repeat it numerous times. Instead of leaving a review here(as I know it isnt the owners fault if they dont know) I tried calling the store both times the day after just to give the manager a heads up but the phone just rings and no one answers. I am not a prude by any means, I love the eclectic, energetic, funky, and loud atmosphere but this guy is killing the vibe.

Good vibes the moment you pull up! The baristas are always energetic and friendly and put you in a upbeat mood. Coffee is good and sweet, I honestly prefer it to Starbucks which is why I wish we had Dutch bros in Seattle! Prices are good too, might even say better than Starbucks. Menu has a big variety of items to pick from! Overall love this place.

Man, these are the most spirited and fun-loving workers I’ve ever seen. The drinks here are super sweet, but honestly it was just a thrill watching how the staff interacts with each other and with customers haha. They’re very helpful and so pumped to serve people coffee hahaha I ordered The Kicker(iced) and its pretty sweet, but gets better as the ice melts x)

I was introduced to Dutch Bros by a friend from California who reveres them. I had one of their freeze caffeinated things on a very hot day. The service was swift and the drink was refreshing.

Frist time going today since I don’t have one near my house. I asked for a size L and got a 32oz coffee for pretty cheep. It was amazing. Great coffee for $ 4. I’ll take it. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll make sure to stop in. The staff was pretty cool too. Maybe turn down the music a bit tho… hard to hear when your doing the order.

Honestly I get that they are supposed to be upbeat and all that… but my god are they annoying. I used to come here often before work… And let me say slow slow slow!!! Often times giving me someone else’s drink, I don’t know what the guy coming to your car to take your order does… slow as hell. And I can never hear them because of the loud music.

The energy of this place is contagious. They always go out of their way to make you feel awesome and if you’re an indecisive person like me, they got your back! :) The coffee is really delicious and tastes fresh and not burnt. My only complaint — and I have been saying this for a few years now — come to Tacoma! Please! You will not be disappointed. Nor will my gas tank. For now though, it is worth the Sunday drive.

Haha, oh man Dutch Bros. I’ve been coming here since high school and it’s always a fun experience. For those of you who don’t know, Dutch Bros is this awesome little chain of drive-up coffee shops located all over the west coast. They have these coffees with fun names and a brightly colored windmill to stand out off the main streets that they’re located on. The staff aren’t just friendly, they are SUPER friendly. They will try their hardest to befriend you in the two minutes that you are at their window. Sometimes this can be off-putting because hey, I’m here to get my coffee so I can wake up and handle people again! But they’re always funny and speedy and make a mean coffee. You could say they’re dependable, haha. Since they’ve opened a few more locations in and around Olympia, the wait seems to have gotten better, but come at the wrong times and this location can clog up the parking lot it’s located in! But none the less, if you don’t want your super-chain-Starbucks-frap and instead want some cheery people to make your day AND a cool coffee drink that’ll wake you up real fast — this is the place to go.

I’ve never seen a line for coffee as long as this one. Well worth the wait though! Ordered a medium iced Caramelizer which was a mocha with caramel. I didn’t realize the medium would be big as my head and I had a hard time finishing it. What made my trip were the people working there. They were jamming to some modern pop tunes and were friendly and polite. You know when someone is so polite and you kinda get annoyed because NOONE is that polite? They almost crossed that line. Some would consider that a good thing and others would say otherwise. Either way, go give them visit!

The baristas here are so upbeat and happy that it is hard not to leave with a smile on your face! I love the loud music, smiling faces, and great coffee. I love engaging in conversations with them about random nothingness. They serve the best dirty chai around… sprinkles, no whip! They also serve apple juice for kiddos with whipped cream on the straw… my kiddo loooooves this special little treat!

A fun group, who always have a smile on their face when serving you. The coffee is good, the music is good, and its quick! I only use the Lacey drive thru… a fun place.

Short Review: Awesome coffee & baristas and they serve coconut milk for people with dairy, soy, and nut allergies! Long Review: I love this place. I’m so happy there’s a Dutch Brothers in WA. I visit Dutch Brothers whenever I’m in lacey(once a month) and they have never disappointed me. In fact, they always exceed my expectations with their friendliness. As with the Dutch Brothers in Newberg, I love that they have Coconut Milk — it’s perfect for people who have dairy, soy and nut allergies! My favorite thing to order is the white chocolate mocha with coconut milk, but I also love the Caramel latte with coconut milk. Their espresso is very good, and I have never had a problem with bitter coffee.(You know what I mean, when the barista leaves the espresso to sit too long and it turns bitter, ick!).

I’m pretty sure they find these baristas from a rad planet where everyone listens to Michael Jackson and makes the best espresso ever. Super stoked people everytime. They are always running specials and they also do food drives to support the community!

Very good drinks here, and the service is very good as well. never had any issues here and always have been pleased. Hopefully Dutch Brothers continues to expand, as they have a great product and service! Been to different places and they are most certainly top 3 coffee chain around, they bet Starbucks hands down in a blow out!
