Wow very dissappointed, I spent 10 bucks for a grill cheese and ham sand with fries and drink. That wouldn’t be so bad except they used a Grose cheap American cheese even though they have signs stating they have Tillamook cheese. The ranch sauce is your basic out of the bottle yuk. To over priced. Seems like they are way to focused on Makin a buck and need to focus more on putting out some tastier food. I won’t go back.

Burger tasted great but the menu is very confusing if your not a regular. I spent $ 13 and got a double cheese burger, small fries and a small drink. I ordered the Big Tom… Big John something like that thinking I was getting a large drink and fries but the extra expense went to adding lettuce and tomatoe to my double. I think it should be included for the price I’m paying. Good burger but I can get as good a burger at places that charge a lot less… A LOTLESS!

Eagan’s is an old family stand-by and I’ve literally been eating their burgers since I was a wee one. While, as an adult, I realize they are not the best burgers in the world, they are nostalgic to me and are perfect for when you’re craving a good, old-fashioned greasy burger. Order a Little Tom — double patty, double cheese, with lettuce, onions(make sure to request them — they add a nice bite!) and the infamous goop. Yes, goop! What is goop, you ask? A special sauce that’s unlike any other I’ve tried and, if I had to guess the ingredients, it’s a combination of Miracle Whip, pickles, mustard and seasoning salt. If it sounds odd to you, just be sure to give a try. Especially with a crispy order of tots!

Beverly Hills prices for standard burger fare. Go during happy hour. Excellent shakes though but again way too expensive.

They sometimes take awhile to make the food, but I have not been disappointed by any of their burgers yet.

Since when does a burger joint not include a «goop» with a basket/meal? Not this place… .50c per ea, and since when does a kids burger meal($ 6.85) not include cheese? Better plan on throwing in another .75 c ea. And oh yeah add like $ 1.80 for upgrading to a tiny shake for those 7yr olds… So heres the run down at this place… 1 deluxe cheese basket with shake, 1 little tom($ 7.85) with lg shake(no meal) 2 kids burger meals with upgrade to shakes, All cramed and squished into a tiny paper bag for our enjoyment at the small price of $ 47.50… Try the tumwater branch, they have better food, service, and prices… over all experiance= :_(

Absolutely my choice when my husband and I want burgers, fries & shakes! Absolutely delicious. The shake options are endless! But of course my favorite is mint, my husband swears by the peanut butter shake however. Decent price and great food! It’s no wonder there’s always a line on both sides!

Good burger! The Big Tom is my favorite. Today I tried it with cheddar and the flavor did not ‘pop’ like the good old american cheese. I learned that they brew their Iced Tea in house and it is easy to taste the difference, check it out. I lived in the neighborhood near the restaurant for many years. I have had most of the things on their menu including breakfast. What I go for is 1. Big Tom Burger 2. Iced Tea and maybe 3. Fries with the infamous Goop. Everything else is pretty mediocre. This place is not easy on the wallet. I bought a burger and iced tea for lunch and it set me back $ 12.51! No joke. Its not like its some wagyu beef or anything fancy. A solid three stars and worth checking out if you feel like spending some dough.

Mediocre hamburgers and fries and I have eaten their a handful of times over the years(it’s nearby) and it has not changed. Prices are too high for what you get as well.

I sometimes think that looks can be deceiving. But this hole in the wall is exactly that, a hole. A money hole to be more precise. You can tell that they use frozen beef patties and frozen crinkle-cut fries. Absolutely not worth the $ 20 for two burger meals. Go somewhere else!

Vegetarian’s beware!!! I went to Eagan’s Westside thinking they would be similar to the other locations in our area. I could not believe it when they gave me the total for my order. $ 7.50 for a plain veggie burger. That’s no less than $ 3 more than it is for a regular burger. Try Big Tom’s Eastside or Oly Burger. Much better pricing and better service.

They hardly ever toast the bun anymore… A real turn off. I quit going plus they are higher priced than Big Toms

Average burgers and way overpriced. Some burgers cost $ 1.50 more than the same burger at two similar places(Eastside Big Tom’s and Tumwater Eagan’s).

Trial and error yet again. I’ll go here, have bad food and service, not come back for at least another year, and then try it again hoping for improvement. I really do want to like this place. Good location, super cute little shack in the heart the west side community, and of course it’s locally owned. The only downfalls: the food and the service! The service has gotten worse over time. Today I encountered a big group of super dirty, extremely rude hipsters. My burger was very bland, could only taste freezer burn and cheap bread. Maybe I’m being harsh but if they can’t even take a shower before preparing food all day and at least act like they care about their customers, why should I care? I’m assuming the original owners are no longer there unfortunately because this place has been around forever and I know this isn’t what their known for.

Addictingly good burgers and fries, you simply must get the Goop for your fries. Was it the best burger ever? No I’d reserve that for Dick’s in Seattle, but Eagan’s does a solid job. Yes it’s a little expensive, but they make a quality product and offer fast friendly service. Definitely worth three stars, give them a try!

Burgers/$ 1 items(2pm to 5pm): 3 stars Service: 5 stars The burgers, fries, and drinks are all right. The service has been pretty fast whenever I have gone. I really like the $ 1 specials from 2pm to 5pm. My service was particularly amazing this evening. Both gals at the the booth were very nice and I got my order very quickly. Then – my car died. Both of the ladies helped immensely. We had to jump start my car and both gals were very nice and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I especially appreciate their help because my 5 year old was in the car the whole time. Thanks again ladies!

Four Stars for a standard burger? I can’t help myself. When I’m in Olympia on the Westside this place forces my car to drive up to the window and now it’s making me give it 4 stars. I always get a Big Tom with ham, my daughter always gets the Big Tom with bacon, a large fries and a sprite. I never have to ask, just tell her I’m bringing her lunch at work from Big Toms. Do they deserve 4 stars? No, but they made me. .. .. ..

Eagan’s is an old time local burger joint. It’s not fast and it’s strictly drive-thru, no sit down. Their regulars like me better get a good cardiologist because they are famous for their goop burger sauce.

I had a burger jones, and I drive by this place all the time, so I thought I’d give it a try. Big mistake. A flavorless boring«deluxe» burger – that’s overpriced – and some frozen fries. You’d get a better burger at McDonalds. And I don’t like those either.

I love burgers. I really really savour my burger. When I crave a burger, I can’t settle for anything but a burger. And just because of that, I can’t rate either of the Eagan’s locations more than a couple of stars. Here’s why. Their meat is nothing special. If you gave me some nice organic ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs and I used some spices from my rack at home, I could easily churn out a burger way, way better. I’ve eaten their Big Tom, Lil Tom and Deluxe Cheeseburger so far and have not been impressed. And their prices are really high so why should I pay so much for something I can make better at home. The fries I’ve had at both locations have been crinkle cut which leads me to believe they are the freezer variety. I’ve tried their blueberry milkshake when my girlfriend got one a few days ago. It was very nice but a little too thick for my our liking. They have a breakfast menu that I noticed the other day on the drive to school and I do intend to try out one of their egg sandwiches but I’m gonna save my money and stop eating their burgers. I’ve eaten a better burger at Han’s in Lacey and at an A&W in Tacoma. I’ve never tried Daddy-O’s but Olympia is in desperate need of something like a Dick’s, In-N-Out or Burgerville.
