I recently purchased e-​juice from this establishment because it’s close to work — they carry a different brand then what I usually use. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I refilled my Vape that night and after several tries realized it had the worst taste and literally made me ILL. I tried to return the e-​juice and was told it’s against their policy to refund or accept opened bottles for return — even though I got sick to my stomach. This is not a good customer service policy and I won’t ever go back nor recommend this store to anyone.

Needed a cartomizer and everyone was out. Found this shop by accident and was amazed by how helpful the stores associated were. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the place to go!
