Don’t even think about their stupid, time wasting rule of checking in 30 minutes before ur appt. show up 5 minutes early and deal with the apppt; they lie about the entire process. the waiting room smells like a fricking ash tray… only good thing about this business is the physician… too bad you have to deal with lying idiots and digusting cigarette smelling environment to see the doctor. guarandamtee that i will NVER arrive 30 minutes early for a checkin in again.

Dr. Gilmer is awesome. She helped resolve an issue other doctors were unable to identify. She is warm, friendly, and informative. With that being said, the front office staff and check in/wait time is unacceptable. I was told to arrive 30 minutes prior to my check in. I was then advised I also needed to fill out paperwork online prior to my arrival. Once I completed the online paperwork, I called the front office to ask if I really needed to arrive 30 minutes early as I have a job which is difficult to take time off of. I was assured I did need to arrive 30 minutes early to have a visit with the check in nurse. I arrived 30 minutes early and sat and waited… and waited… and waited… and waited for the check in nurse. Eventually I was called over and asked to confirm information I had already put in my online documents. I was then told to go back and wait for the doctor. I CAMEIN30MINUTESEARLYFORTHAT? PLEASERESPECTOURTIMEASWERESPECTYOURS! This system is seriously flawed. I then waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. So, basically it took 45 minutes to see the doctor. This was very frustrating to me. My daughter did love playing in the child friendly waiting room area though. When I received my bill, I called to pay it and got the worst runaround, pushing prompts, etc. Ultimately I gave up and paid my bill online. Maybe that is what they are trying to push people to do… however; I think it is very unprofessional to make it difficult for people TRYINGTOPAY their bill over the phone. Dr. Gilmer is amazing and a great choice for ent issues but I feel that the check in time is seriously unreasonable. Not everyone has all day to sit around and wait for dr’s appts.

While I will agree with the other staff remarks, they are just so something other than what I like. Generally the practice is running behind and I almost always have the first or second appointment of the day and I have to remind them that I’ve been waiting 20 or more minutes. Once I get into the doctor’s office it’s good stuff. I would recommend Dr. Jensen to anyone, he’s very kind, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He did my septoplasty and I was not looking forward to it, but knew it was inevitable(like in 5 minutes) and while Dr. s just seem to love to give the blow by blow of what is going to happen, he agreed it was unnecessary since I really did not want to hear, we parted ways and I can only assume we met again in the operating room because the septoplasty was done. I will continue to go to this practice for the remainder of my septum care and for any future needs, knowing that the reception staff has room for improvement.

dr. Russell did a great job helping. Very nice and patient. this would have been a 5 star event had it not been for the stand in nurse who was not helpful and suggested i «suck it up»(which while true, i didnt need to lhear it from a 20 something assisstant ive never meet). his regular nurse who had been very nice wasn’t there.

I’ve been a patient for years, my husband has been going there for a year now and we recently had to take our young son for an evaluation. The physicians all have been great, the staff is kind and considerate and the new location is very nice.
