This is a very non-​professional office who is only interested in your money. Once you have paid — yes, they demand a large lump sum at the very beginning -, then you don’t hear from them much at all. They keep telling us nothing happened and we need to wait while things has happened while we were not informed. As result, we we missed our 30 day appeal period. After our numerous inquiries, they finally answered us with unbelievably unacceptable answer that for «unknown reason», they didn’t know things happened either! But we HIRED them to handle these things, or have we not? Our money seems just gone. When we ask, they would tell us that the lump sum doesn’t cover this or that! They are very defensive upon our complains and not good listeners at all but jump into excuses as soon as we start to question them. Stay away from this law office!!!
