I didn’t end up buying from them, but they were very nice.

The reviewer stating this is a horrible business is clearly unaware of how to ask any questions of situations they are unaware of. As an adult person financially responsible for your choices, I can’t see how your biased review is even worthy. Not only are you grossly mistaken, you have created an additional Unilocal account for this location that hiders other Unilocal users in getting complete and accurate information.
I can’t say enough about this vision care office. Suzanne is a warm smile and a welcome when you enter. If you haven’t been seen, expect about 10 minutes to fill out paperwork.
Dr Carroll is patient and great at explaining details! I loved that he took the time to explain my future vision health.
Melissa fit me with a set of glasses that I truly look forward to wearing. Thanks Melissa for the help and suggestions!

Horrible place! They never mentioned fees or copay until I left. I didn’t need to see the doctor and could have ordered contact lenses without the visit. I called them to tell them that they should not have charged me and the lady said the receptionist that helped me was new and that she forgot to tell me ahead of time and reassured me that they’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. Ok yes that’s great but how does that help me and the hidden fee unmentioned. Bullsh*t! Bad business…
