I saw Dr. M for a twin pregnancy. I have a few health conditions that can be tricky and on my first visit, I was impressed by his level of care and attention to detail. I read that the wait was very long, but I didn’t exp that the first visit. Since it was twins he wanted to see my every 2 wks to make sure everything was fine. On the next visits the wait was over an hour each time. I was often left naked w/just a sheet on for this hour(or longer). Since I was preg I was very hungry and thirsty bc my blood sugar was dropping. When he finally got to me I was so hungry and annoyed I just wanted to leave and I almost did on more than one occasion. On one occasion when he checked my cervix w/the ultrasound wand instead of trying to relax me, like a lot of OB’s do, he said«Wow, look how tense she is!» I felt this was extremely inappropriate and just made it more difficult. I was supposed to have our body scan when I hit 20 weeks. Again I waited an hour for him and finally he came into the room and said sorry I can’t do it today, I have to go to surgery and he left. The next appnt was 3 wks away. Dr. M’s ultrasound equipment looks at least 10 years old and you can’t make out the babies features on it. During the ultrasounds I had a hard time seeing what was what and he hardly provided us with pictures. During the body scan he could barely tell what sex they were. He said it was a 90% chance they were boys. I get that nothing is 100% but 90% is pretty low! A penis usually sticks out of the baby and should be distinguishable. During the body scan he found a major complication w/the baby. Instead of telling and showing me he typed it out while reading allowed. He didn’t address me as he did this. I started crying. Instead of taking the time to address my concern, he said«You appear upset, do you want me to stop?» Do I want you to stop? NO! I want to know what is going on! It felt heartless and cold. In his office he spent about 5minutes just cutting up ultrasound pictures. He printed about 20 pics and we got 2 of them(which are hard to make out). When he was done cutting them he finally addressed the issue w/the baby(in minor detail). He said we had to see a specialist, but the way he said it was almost elated«Back to Swedish!!» Like it was a happy moment. We left in tears and confusion. We will never go back!

A very caring and dedicated doctor. Really took a interest in explaining the process we needed to take to conceive. Works around the hours and process it takes. Genuinely cares and dedicated doctor. Alot a people recommend him thru word of mouth.

We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Moruzzi after being referred by a friend. My husband and I were nervous about the whole thing but quickly felt comfortable once we began talking with the Doctor. I was impressed with his knowledge and we left with a diagnosis and a feeling of hope. Although we had to be referred elsewhere as the diagnosis involved my husband, we were both confident and pleased with the care we were provided.

Brilliant doctor, but… And there’s always a but. LONG waiting room waits, complete lack of bedside manner, will rarely remember your name. Brushes off concerns. Frequently condescending. Poor billing practices. Advised that some procedures would be covered when they later weren’t. Left with empty arms, empty wallets, and nothing but heartbreak.

Dr. M is as good as they get. He very good at what he does, takes the best care with his patients. But he really shines when something goes wrong. I ended up needing a c-sec after many hours of unsecsessful labor and it was not a typical c-sec. He was a absolute pro! My baby and I are here today because of Dr.M. He is the best!
