Daniel is such a nice and genuine person! I called in about some minor water damage in my bathroom thinking it was going to be a huge disaster but after explaining my situation he was able to give me solid advice on things I could do to repair it myself (because it actually ended up a really minor thing and super easy to fix, first time homeowner here so I panicked and didn’t know what to do).
Most businesses would jump at any opportunity to take advantage of someone like me, but Daniel took the time to be kind human-​being! As a result, my panic went away, I was able to get my own repairs underway and I will definitely make sure to contact him in the future for any work I need done around the house. Strength of character and honesty like that isn’t easy to find! Thanks Daniel for being awesome!

Today was the best day of my life! Finally, after a decade-​long search of trying to find a handyman only to be overcharged and dissatisfied with the job they were to do, I finally found a real keeper! Let be back up for a moment to give you some background. I was widowed 10 years ago and gladly left CA to move to WA state to buy a home and live happily after. Prior to the move, I was in fairly good physical condition, but long story short, during the first year here, I had to have major back surgery, which has hindered my ability to bend, squat, stand, etc. The first time I used a ladder, I fell off.
I mention these things because over the years, I’ve hired handyman services for the normal repairs that come with owning a home. I’ve been disappointed in the results of their work until today, when I met Daniel. He was prompt, quickly got to work crossing off item after item on my ‘to-​do’ list until they were all completed. In one visit, he patched a hole in my drywall, fixed my favorite recliner chair which I thought was a goner, cleaned my gutters, repaired a leaky outside faucet, changed out my smoke alarm batteries which although I thought I had four 9Vs, it turned out I only had 2. Daniel left and returned with two more batteries to complete that job — where do you find that kind of service these days? He also repaired the latch key on my fence door, and at least 5 other things. I offered for him to come back because I hadn’t realized how much needed to be done, but he chose to stay and finish it all. Daniel’s prices are extremely reasonable and his work is top-​notch. I know you’ll be just as pleased as I am. I’ll personally never call anyone else before I check to see if it’s something Daniel can do first. Today was definitely my lucky day and I can’t express enough what a talented, gracious and reasonable man Daniel is. You’ll love him too. Daniel is amazing. Not only is he extremely personable but he fixed my washer. He’s very experienced in the world and is up for learning. Extremely reasonable rates and if he can’t fix your problem, he’s not going to charge you. He does just about everything! Just give him a call if you’ve got something you need help with.
