I have been very unhappy with the agent we have had with Nicholson Insurance.
When we had Earthquake insurance thru this agency and the policy was written wrong
with features that cost us more; I had requested our agent to help me resolve these issues and she just ignored us. I had to cancel this policy with Nicholson and go somewhere else to get the policy written right with a lower premium.
We still had our homeowners with Nicholson thru this agent and last year I ask her to find us another insurance company… she never did and when I ask her several weeks ago the same thing… she never followed it up. We are cancelling all policies with
Nicholson & Associates.
I would never recommend this company and never this agent: P.J. Ronnebaum
as she is worthless.
