First root canal but Terence Mah was genial, helpful, informative and as painless as the process can be. Staff was polite and helpful. Very much appreciate the followup phone call & thank you letter. This is customer service at its best.

Again had a referral to check on a tooth. Yes, anxiety with dental work is high for me! I was disappointed that Dr. Tripp is on a semi-​retirement (semi only because they keep trying to get him to come back!!) I truly missed Dr. Tripp’s care BUT I did have the same assistant (Sherry sp?) and she makes everything better. I walked out of there confident of all the information I was given. When you have truly caring help it makes all the difference in the world. My anxiety drops the minute she starts explaining things!
