I would not recommend using this company for a move. We’re still dealing with a claim for the damage and missing items as a result of these packers. They packed an open bottle of syrup in a box of pantry food which ruined the entire box. They lost hardware for two TV mounts and our bed. The bed was damaged and is beyond repair. We have had to replace the TV mounts and bed because of their laziness. I had asked that our 27″ iMac be packed like a TV and it was shoved in a box with a wicker basket and other random items. Thankfully it wasn’t damaged other than cosmetic damage. I’m missing the entire contents of my night stand and some kitchen items as well. Their lack of respect and poor work has cost us hundreds of extra dollars and I would not recommend using them!

The worst move we have experienced this far as a military family. Only two young kids showed up to unload our belongings. They were literally throwing boxes out of the truck. They didn’t follow directions when it came time to put boxes into specific rooms and then didn’t want to fix their mistake because they «wouldn’t get paid to do so». Also, they are suppose to put together furniture that was taken apart. They left before completing the job and they took my husbands hammer with them. Also, my daughters bed was so haphazardly put together that it fell apart when we used it. I also found several screws on the floor that were for my boys bunk bed.

Very pleased with all phases of our move. The packers were very personable, friendly, and professional. They were efficient and cost-​effective. We enjoyed their company so much we asked for the same men to load and move us. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Olympic Moving & Storage! A friend recommended them to me and I will happily be referring anyone else who needs movers to them. Mel and Brice were easy and quick to work with by phone and email and we got my move scheduled right when I needed it. I had a window of when to expect the movers, but someone kindly called with a 20 minute warning, as I’d requested, so I could run errands while I waited for them. The guys showed up and immediately went to work loading the enormous truck they provided. They were fast, efficient, unloaded everything where I wanted it, and didn’t break anything. When all was said and done, the cost was LESS than I’d planned on, even after tipping the movers. We have moved MANY, MANY times over the last several years and will definitely not attempt it again without the help of Olympic Moving & Storage. I’m happy to give them the best review possible.

I was deployed when Olympic helped my gf pack and move our household into storage. Communication was good and follow through happened as well. My gf said they arrived when they were scheduled to and were professional.
I’m not giving five stars because there were some things missed that my gf had to go back, pack and move herself. We were also told a 10×20 unit would be big enough for our stuf… until it all of a sudden wasn’t. We had to rent two units.
I’ll just now be pulling things out of storage this weekend (6÷10÷15). I’m a bit nervous after reading some reviews. Hope our stuff is ok O_​o

Do NOT use these people, and if you are military, don’t let HHG assign you to them. I have never experienced such a blatant display of carelessness, incompetence, and unprofessionalism in my life. The guys that came in to pack failed to bring enough people to pack, resulting in them coming in on a Sunday and forcing me to cancel weekend plans. Then they failed to wrap my small appliances, and simply dumped everything in my cabinets into a box and layering paper on the top. I have found boxes that are badly mislabeled, damaged, and things packed in boxes that should not be packed together (ie liquid ant baits in with food). Then, there was our driver. He made unprofessional comments about us «having too much stuff» and complaining that it wasn’t going to fit on the truck (it did). He then proceeded to argue with my husband for an hour regarding a crate that was meant to be used for our plasma tv. Needless to say, the crate was not only not used, it never even made the trip. Boxes have arrived damaged. This guy was in such a hurry to unload and go, we definitely were given the impression that we were in the way, and he rushed the paperwork, which we didn’t get copies of. I do not recommend this company at all. Unless you want your items to arrived, damaged and poorly packed, and rude drivers, hire another company. If I could give them a half star or no stars, I would.
