Took my watch to get my battery replaced. Went to pick it up and they said the employee stripped a screw and they don’t have a replacement so they will have to ship it out to be repaired. The DM was there and I explained to him I needed it for an event. He said to wear it that day and bring it back to be sent out. I did so. The day I took it back, the employee said I was unable to leave it cause the DM wasn’t there and I had to come back in 2 hours. I told him I didn’t live close and would like it taken care of. He said no. Left with my kids and came back only for him to say he would just do it. Seriously? Three weeks later still no watch. Every time I call they are incredibly RUDE. Will never ever ever bring my watches here again.

This happened to my Father-​In-​Law. NEVER use this place!!! They don’t do background checks on their employees and they hire felons with theft/​purgery/​fraud records.
I brought a gold bracelet watch to the capital mall Kiosk on July 28th to have a new
band put on it, and was told to pick it up today. When I arrived they could not find it.
The police have now told me they believe the Precision Time employee stole the watch and broke it up and pawned it. The watch was heirloom from my father and a great loss. I will update with news from Precision Time, Capital Mall Mgr. and the police.
