I don’t know who everyone else has came across when coming here, but Misty is usually there when I come and she’s amazing! Haven’t had any issues so I cannot complain. I just went in today and it was busy but I was still seen pretty fast.

I hate to say it, but I really can’t stand this place. I think they must be a HORRIBLE place to work for because all of their employees just seem MISERABLE. You know that feeling when employees are treated horribly and they hate their jobs and are just counting the minutes until they can leave? Yeah, that is what this place is like. Avoid if you can.

Very blunt, snappy and rude. I told her I had to use the restroom really badly, didn’t care I was doing the potty dance. She was very unhappy. I’m guessing she must hate working there… But no reason be so rude and snappy. All around witch substitute the w with a b and you get the idea.

Working for Quest must really be terrible. Or something. When I go in to get bloodwork, I don’t need or want to be treated like I’m garbage. Because I’m not, and I’m polite and respectful. So when I arrive at 7a, wait 30 minutes for lab work, and then ask what the wait is in the morning(and that I had to leave for work), I don’t appreciate being snapped at and dismissed by the technician/receptionist. I’m asking a simple question politely. I will be finding another facility. I’ve been mistreated by Quest staff for too long. Quest technicians and receptionists: would it KILL you to be a little kinder? Jesus.
