i purchased a bed, sleigh frame and two night stands the end of november (they are beautiful and bed is amazing). it was delivered 2 weeks ago and it was a nightmare!!! i cant blame the store as they were wonderful it was the delivery co.. they delayed me out 5 days when items were delivered the frame was scratched in 2 places, the bottom boards were 5 inches off so frame was crooked. one gentleman did not wear booties and was rude so i had dirt brought on my carpet. and delivery was done late in evening they asked at one point if they could deliver at 10:30 at night. not ok. i did get $ 500 discount! 200.00 from sleep country and $ 300. from delivery co. who had to pay sleep country. i was very dissapointed as this was my first experience with purschasing a bed and having it delivered… the delivery co. district manager did call me and apologize and that was nice… but it was a very aweful delivery experience…
