I was happy with their cleaning service… I wish they could have done ‘more’ but they did ‘deep’ cleaning. I realize this takes longer and both bathrooms are immaculate. I would definitely have her come back and finish deep cleaning the house… So I am changing my original 4 star review. I had them come back in a week. This time there were three girls. Because I had deep cleaning done last week… There wasn’t a whole lot to do. I feel as though I was thoroughly ripped off. I was informed that because there was three of them that equaled 3 hours of housework thus making my bill $ 90!!! One girl surfaced wiped down and mopped two bathrooms (twenty minute tops) the next girl vacuumed and dusted my living room (again a twenty minute job) and the third cleaned the only slightly messy kitchen. While the house looked and smelled great. I gave them one star for their business practice of charging $ 30 an hour each and getting NO WHERE near 3 hours of cleaning.

I had a terrible experience w/​Sofia’s Cleaning Service. I felt she was unprofessional and did minimal cleaning at my house. Our first scheduled appointment I waited 20 minutes for her to show up, so I decided to call to see where Sophia was, she told me she wasn’t going to be here for another 20 minutes. However, I explained I had an appointment and couldn’t wait. I was disappointed that she didn’t even call to let me know she’d be 40 minutes late especially since I got off work early to meet her and let her in. I ended up rescheduling with her for later that week. On the day of the appointment she called and asked if she could come now and she could be at my house in 10 – 15 minutes which was 3.5 hrs before our scheduled appointment. I was able to work it out so said yes. However, when I got home I was very disappointed when I saw the work she had done. I paid for 3 hrs of cleaning and all that was cleaned was my bathroom and a portion of my living room was mopped. She didn’t vacuum, dust, mop the full house, or even just wipe down the counter in the kitchen. When I called to discuss what she did she said that she ran out of time. My house is only 1400 square feet. New sinks and toilets were installed in the bathrooms so there was not that much work for it to get cleaned. Also our master bath is only a standing shower. I do not keep my home messy or dirty. I typically clean my own house, but am 9 months pregnant and wanted to treat myself to a good house cleaning before I delivered. I am so unsatisfied with the results. Terrible service and work, I would not recommend this cleaning service.

I want everyone to beware of this business. They INFLATE the 3 hour «special» when in actuality, the price for new customers is only $ 30.00 per hour. I had been scammed into buying a «special» package and during the walk through to show sophia the job I had for her, she informed me that it would be an additional $ 25.00 per hour after the initial 3 hours. Believe me when I say, she should have easily been able to do this job in 3 hours. I think this is just her way to get her foot in the door to jack up the price for the customer. I hope this helps anyone out there looking at her business. I’m not out to hurt anyone, but after asking her to leave, I informed her that she cannot get away with tricking nice people into being taken advantage of. Just saying.
