Susan Roewe is an amazing realtor, she has extensive local knowledge and gives honest opinions. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for my first home. She was patient, kind and accommodating when I went back and forth several times regarding the decision I made for a home I was purchasing. She doesn’t push a person to purchase anything and gives the pros and cons for every house. She has gone above and beyond to help us figure out the financial numbers, explaining contracts and always thinks about your best interest.

Selling or buying your house is probably the single most important financial decision you will make so it only makes sense to shop intelligently for the best realtor to help advice you. Don’t just go with a friend or a friend’s friend, do some real comparison shopping. When we were getting ready to sell our house, we interviewed 4 people from 4 different agencies. Two said the house was great and put it on the market just the way it was. The other two said put some money into it to update. Susan was one of these realtors but unlike the others she had a vision for what would make our house unique and sell quickly. She guided every decision from paint, carpet, granite and appliances. Her staging company from Tacoma was one of the most critical decisions. End results, WE SPENT $ 16,000 but RECEIVED $ 100,000 more in our sales price, then the other realtors suggested. Susan listed the house on Friday, held an open house on Saturday after alerting the top realtors for water front and water view property. Monday we had a contract and another one as back up. The second one was an all cash offer. Be careful, some realtors will try to «buy the listing,» with inflated suggested listing prices. Susan came prepared with comps, statistics, timelines and answered every question thoughtfully and intelligently. She was equally informed and careful working with buyers from the conversations I overheard during 3 months of working with her.
