Terry Mahlum was the listing agent for a home we were interested in purchasing. Though the property ended up not being right for us, we were so impressed with her professionalism and expertise of the local Real Estate that we used her to represent us in our search for the perfect home. She took the time to listen to our needs and regardless of the location, was always available to show us properties. Terry answered our questions and guided us in our search and when the perfect home came along in Graham, WA –a bank owned property– Terry dug in her heels and made sure no base was left uncovered. We’d recommend her several times over to anyone looking for an experienced agent.

Terry was AMAZING! I was referred to her from a friend here in Portland, Oregon, to help with the sale of my brother’s house in Olympia, WA. This was not your average house sale, and turned out to be quite complicated. However, Terry, and all her associates, were very professional, kind, and on top of every detail along the way. She was excellent at communicating with me, and it didn’t matter if I preferred phone calls, text, or emails. She also had the resources to get the house out of auction, not once, but twice! If you want someone to go the extra miles, make sure you understand everything, as well as give you the professional/​personal touch… Then, you definitely want Terry to be your agent!
