Thank you for trying to help me get my money back from the crappy Spokane Junior Soccer league. Even though they still refuse to refund me my money thank you sooooo much for trying to help me. You responded to my request so fast. I really, really appreciate it. You guys ROCK.

I think the office is very bad. There is no oversight for this office so they can do whatever they want. I think measures need to be put in place so that they can stop making such horrible mistakes then later saying they forgot. Such as taking re-​election donation money from 5 hour energy drink then turning around and suing them. That seems pretty evil. There is a special place in hell for people like that. I call that stealing. Sure the money was returned, but only after an investigation. People do your research !!!

Hey, not being able to get in touch anytime 24 hours, 7 days a week is a BIG DEAL. I have an inquiry to make over a consumer/​donation issue that is important to me. Writing letters for snail mail and waiting for business hours to call and wait in a queue is archaic. I’m not asking for a 24 hour response or something unreasonable, I’m asking that your technology works as it is meant to in a professional manner.

The AG’s office has helped me out on 2 occasions, both involving businesses who did not follow through or provide the service that I paid for.
The consumer complaint process does take time, but with patience, you will get your complain/​issue resolved. You can fill out an online form (probably the quickest and most stress-​free method), mail in a complaint or call.
The website is also an excellent resource for identity theft, lemon laws and other consumer issues.
When in doubt, and you cannot resolve an ongoing issue with a business, contact the AG’s office and while they cannot provide legal services, they can give you good advice and help you as much as they can by contacting the business in question directly.
An all around 5 star review, but I’d give them 500 stars if I could (even if McKenna is a republican, and I’m not), because they are an excellent resource for fellow citizens to resolve issues in a decent amount of time.
