Rite Aid

I absolutely love this rite aid. They are so friendly and helpful when it comes to buying OTC drugs.
I had so many questions and the pharmacist came right out to help me look through all the drugs giving me some advice along the way.
I always use their photo center too. Who doesn’t like photo prints? They are never expensive and a lot cheaper than printing them out myself at home.

I cannot express how disappointed I am in our local Rite Aid. My family and I have been long time customers of this pharmacy up until last night. I had to take my Husband to an emergency Dr. visit on Sunday evening. At 5:43 the Dr. called The pharmacist to request prescriptions to be filled. He asked if they had the two scripts in stock and they said the had the one but not the other. Dr. said that’s fine he needs the one he can get the other tomorrow. We drove from Dr’s. office to pharmacy and got there about 6:05 and needless to say it was closed. I ask the representative and they said pharmacy closes at 6 and they have no way to access it. I got home and called the
let him know that he couldn’t start the script tonite. He told me I have to find a 24 hour pharmacy. Locate CVS on Moosic street.
The point here is that when the pharmacist took the call she should have said we close in 10 minutes, can I leave it at the front counter or just say we close in 10 minutes does he need this tonite?
Called customer service as requested and waited on hold for5 minutes no human picked up.
Check out the hours the site until 10 doesn’t not say anything about pharmacy closing at 6!!!
