Had a terrible experience where the contract terms were very misrepresented verbally. Again before and as I signed, I confirmed my understanding. Over $ 1000 later… I was very misinformed. Enjoy your commission.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Paid over $ 600 for an annual contract and they NEVER show up for appointments…
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Used them for pest control and 2 days after a treatment we caught two rodents in a very clean and sanitary home… It is like they spray sugar water!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They book appointments and then say they were never booked when you have the persons name you spoke with but will not put that person on the phone.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, there are other ones out there and we have gone around them to their corporate about this division based out of Olyphant, PA.
Their guarantee is the same thing from Tommy Boy… Guaranteed piece of $#@%

I contracted them to remove bats from my attic, clean the area and close the entrance to the attic in July, immediately paid $ 1100 for the service, and set up an appointment. They never showed for the original appointment and several phone calls later they finally showed in November. By then the bats were already gone and the cleaning never took place. They sprayed foam in the opening and frankly made a mess of it. Do not contract Terminex.
