It’s ok, sort of clean, the attendant hangs out at the bar at the end of the strip mall and can be easily found if you need him. The machines were in good working order and they were pretty clean too.

First of all, this place is very well kept. Very clean — even the bathrooms. You can tell it’s well cared for.
We came in from out of town and needed to do laundry. Found this place at around 9:30pm. Ran in and started a load, then looked up and read the signs that said they close at 10pm sharp. Unfortunately, the laundry was locked into the machine.
As we stood there wondering what to do, the owner came in and said we would have to leave at 10pm. We apologized and explained what happened. The we inquired if he knew another place open later that we could go to after the machine released the wet load. Not long after, he said we could stay until the load was dry. He was very nice and polite about it. The kindness was unexpected and very much appreciated!
