I have had to be bailed out 2 times in the last 5 weeks. James and Mike were both great! They were kind, professional, and didn’t make me feel stupid.. Mike even whipped me up a valet key on the spot! James forewarned about interstate problems so that I didn’t waste more time. Thank you guys!

I was desperate to get my car unlocked and get replacement keys over a holiday weekend. Mike met me at my car in less than half an hour, and had me on my way 25 minutes later. Service was extremely affordable and Mike was fantastic. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know!

I literally got locked INSIDE my house last week, when my door decided it wanted to not budge and stay locked. Hubby had to come home from work, and crawl through the window to take the door handle off, and save me! It was a nightmare. Somehow the pin fell out of the lock.
I called the landlord and informed her about what was going on, she said they would call a locksmith to come out in the morning.
The very next morning these guys showed up bright and early. This guy was super fast, it literally had to have only been like 15 minutes and he had my door handle fixed. He was polite, but didn’t talk my ear off like a lot of places do instead of just getting the job done, which was nice! Good news, I haven’t been locked inside since!
