Overall I’m pretty pleased with Auto Station, I’ve been using them for years. The one thing that will definitely be affecting my decision to continue being a customer is their newly implemented(as of 04.01.16) 2% fee for using credit cards. Accepting credit cards is part of the price of doing business. If it were hidden in their fees, no one would have been the wiser. Announcing it makes me feel like I’m no longer a valued customer. Guess it’s time to price shop repairs.

Dylan at Auto Station was great. My family was on vacation in Omaha and our car broke down and we had to have it towed on a Friday night. We knew nothing about Auto Station, but that is where insurance towed it too. We were stranded at our hotel, but decided to take the shuttle to the zoo the next day. Dylan called promptly in the morning to let us know he was looking at our car and would call when he knew more. He called two more times during the day with a diagnosis, estimate, and disposition. He was incredibly friendly. When we told him we were at the zoo and stuck there(obviously without a car), he accepted credit card payment over the phone. Overall, the price was very reasonable. Car seems to be fixed and running great. It was hastle free with very friendly service. We are very thankful.
