They tore up our driveway for the neighbors plumbing not ours, that was weeks ago. We called and they said it was the city’s responsibility, we asked when it would be done they told us they would check and get back to us. They never did, what an awful company to do this to our driveway for someone else’s problem and not make it right! If that reflects their ethics I would never consider using them!

So far good, called earlier than scheduled, good.
Tightened the faucet, that became so loose, checked everything, no leaks, done in 10 minutes
Waiting for the bad news… And the Bill says… It was painful, but I needed it fixed, I recommend taking a plumber class @ your local Home Depot or lowes, for basic Fixes.
This doesn’t discourage me from using them in the future, their expensive, what counts is on time appt., good, courteous service &
Job performance.

I have used Backlund Plumbing both for business and at my home. They are professional and friendly, do the job right and charge a reasonable rate vs. other companies here in town. Fab company.
