The service here was the most frustrating part of my experience. I purchased a couch which I adore, and which, given the quality of the furniture, was a fair price as it will last years and years. My concerns arose at the time of delivery. The delivery was very late(3+ hours and we took time off from work for it) and I was unable to get in touch with the delivery company to see if they were still coming or not. Ccino themselves weren’t helpful, telling me that they could not get in touch with the delivery company either and hopefully it would come that night. The couch was delivered a few days later with a healthy side of complaining that the couch was heavy and fear that they wouldn’t be able to fit it in the freight elevator(my apartment is in a former factory, the freight is pretty sizable). It fit just fine. I called twice to speak to the manager about frustrations with the delivery process and haven’t been forwarded to anyone in management. I understand that things happen with delivery, but a simple phone call would have saved a hell of a lot of hassle and frustration. I asked to be comped for the price of delivery($ 70, the couch was $ 1400) and was told that management probably wouldn’t do that(even though delivery is free for all non-clearance furniture). But I was never allowed to speak to the manager to ask. Overall the delivery service(which is independent from Ccino) was poor and Ccino’s lack of management of the situation was quite unprofessional. I was so impressed with the quality of the furniture, and am shocked at how such potentially, easily managed issues like delivery could leave such a bad impression.
