Chrome is a biker bar but dont be intimidated… they are a friendly atmosphere and group of regulars. Great music as always but only if your looking for rock not country, classic or anything slow and call ahead or go to their website for cover charge. Staff is friendly as usual but on a Friday be prepared to stand if you arrive to late. Want a seat? Arrive early and always remember the better you tip your wait staff anywhere the better service you shall receive.

This… is a biker bar! How have all other reviews missed this feature? Not complaining, just good to know. Good live music, reasonable drink prices, pool table, darts, digital juke box, dance floor, keno, and a full bar. I don’t think anything is missing. The flames on the wall, bike on the logo, and bike coming through the ceiling, however do identify their clientele. If you fear the leer of a biker or two, you should avoid it. If you hold no prejudices, they are great people, and you will be fine. Thursdays with good weather there is an old car show outside. I thought the crowd was great, but the(awesome 80s throwback) music was a bit overpowering, and the band switched to death metal at one point.

Chrome is fairly awesome! Drinks are reasonable, the service is great. They’ve always got something going on, and the bands are always great. It can get a little loud(so loud that once and awhile even the bar staff has to ask to have it turned down) so if you’re sensitive of hearing, bring some plugs. The crowd is extremely diverse, which is awesome. When the weather is warm they have a ton of motorcycles in Wednesday nights. Definitely one of my favorite places to go!

This place was CRAZY, crazy fun and crazy weird. It was totally bumping on New Years Eve with a pretty good cover band. Someone knew me the second I walked in the door. Since i haven’t lived in Omaha for 8 years now that came as a bit of a shock. Once we got into some drinks we had the most fun. The crowd here was bizarre! Old ladies in sparkly dresses and fur coats, regular 20 somethings playing pool, cute young things looking for a sugar daddy, and even a woman ready to pop with twins I met in the bathroom! I can not remember ever being in a bar with such a diverse crowd… ever. Basically it was a people watching kind of place and it seemed like everyone there was having as much fun as we were. Happy days!

New Years Eve 2008 Great cover band — Rock music at its best. live and loud Great people watching — every age group was represented, even those that should have been tucked in bed at that time of night Great staff — bar staff that know how to serve beer and cocktails at a lightning pace Great bar, will revisit next time I am in Omaha.
