Lets face all nutrition store are scams, they sell products that don’t work and that are trying to substitute for eating healthy. Here your buying an experience not a product. All complete nutrition stores are very fancy, like a Cadillac or Lexus dealer. All products sit fancy glass shelves and you get sick just thinking how much they cost. A super friendly employee will make their way over convince you that you need their products(like a car salesman). A few years back a saleslady convinced me to buy two products that would help me lose weight. I cant remember what one was called it came in a black plastic bottle with a stainless lid. the other product was called«Tone». I started taking these pills on Saturday and spent the whole week with a green stool. VERYGROSSBUTTRUE. By Friday after i had a hard workout i became very ill(dizzy and tired) i ended up passing out in my car. I should have gone to the hospital but i didn’t i stop taking the pills and start feeling better after a few days. This was very scary i wasn’t sure what happen. So a few months went by and i started taking them again. Same side effects Green Stool and and dizziness after a few days. Now i knew this was a bad product. I no longer had the receipt so i couldn’t take them back, so i through them away except for the Tone which is what i just found that sparked my mind to write a review. Last year i went back because they mail me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. I bought Rezzerect to help with my post workout. before the coupon the price was $ 79RIPOFF. And it did nothing back waste $ 55 of my hard earn money. I have found eating a well balance diet and exercising is the best. I would only suggest Complete Nutrition if you have a lot of money to waste. Which if you watch the news few do.
