I have purchased my wedding dress here and all my bridesmaids will be getting there dresses here. They have great customer service always greeted and helped right away. My consultant was kris and I really enjoy working with her every time. I know they are a little higher priced on alteration but I will be getting them done here because I know the service will be good.

Customer service was excellent. I didn’t have an appointment since I was just browsing for a simple ball gown but the employees went out of there way to make sure I was well taken care of. I left happy with a new ball gown and some new shoes!

I feel so bad when i when tomthis store. First when i came one lady come ask me did you need help. I and my bf said we need some white prom dress. She said on the right. Then when we get 2 dress. I want to try. Then i ask she can i try it. She said yeah. Then she come to the girl on front dresk she ask her for key, she like what they want. Then the girl take care us she very nice. She like they want try the prom dress. She like let them go to the rom then come back here take care indian lady! I like what rhe heck? I try the dress nobody helpping me! Then i didnt try on. Then we go out. My bf thought me like this dress. He said with the girl on the front desk we take a look in the maill if notthing beauty i will back get the dress. Then she like. Ok bye. What the heck wrong with this lady? She think we didnt have enought money to pay? Or something? I never comeback buy dress from them any more

Great experience with consultant Ainsley. She listened to what I liked, saw what looked good on me, and suggested several dresses that worked. The last one she picked was something I never would have pulled, but I ended up loving it — and it was on sale!
(I will note that I purposely made my appointment for early afternoon on a weekday because I knew it would be insane in there on a weekend or evening.)
