Discount Tire Store – Omaha, NE

I had a slow leak in on of my tires and had no idea why or if it was repairable. I went to Discount Tire because it was on the way home from work but when I arrived I found that if the tire could be repaired safely they would repair it at no cost to me. Some places may use that as tactic to get you to buy the tire but it was a pleasant surprise when they said they were able to fix it at no cost to me. The polite sales associate then explained what stage my tires were in and wrote down a few different quotes for me to take home. It was a very great experience and I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I did a ton of research before deciding on a set of tires for my 4Runner. Stopped in dealt with Carl and his crew. They matched the lowest price I could find on the net for a set of Cooper Discoverers ATP’s in my size. They had every guy in the shop doing something working on my truck. Eli even set up a rim on my truck so I could see what they would look like. They treated me as good as anywhere I have been for tires.
They care about the customer and youre vehicle as if your family.
The guy in charge of the shop (Eli) was excellent to work with he checked everything out before the job was done and put on a better spare on the truck as well. I would highly recomend these guys!

This is the new store at about 173^rd & Maple. They have a good selection of tires, and do all types of car repairs. They do good work, are very helpful and trustworthy, too. I’ll buy tires from them again. Ask for Damon.

Bought two tires and received great service. The tires were a little overpriced with the fees and the way the price stuff, and then you get a no name tire.
On my second trip I was disappointed. I received terrible service from a guy named Damon, have you heard of the com cast customer service guy that refused to cancel someone’s cable service and refused to do so and argued with the customer? That’s Damon but at discount tire. I went in for a tire repair. There were zero cars in any of the five bays they had. I was told it would be 30 – 40 minutes after waiting for thirty minutes and seeing that my car hadn’t moved I decided to see what was going on.
They were putting new tires on one car In one of the bays. They had 4 different employees working on it NASCAR pit road style, without the speed. I asked why they couldn’t pull one guy off the car to work on my tire repair in one of the 4 other empty bays. They said they could not and would have to wait my turn. If any of them had any skill you can patch a tire in 10 – 15 mins but they were determined to keep all their employees on this one car.
I then told Damon to forget it and I’ll take my car somewhere else for the repair. He says «why». Just like the comcast guy. I told him why and he kept asking why questions like a dumb azs.
This place is a joke. They cut corners everywhere and are just looking to upsale and overcharge. Go to a local non franchised tire guy.
