Great place to train for the average person who wants to learn self defense and also for fighters who are looking to apply their skills in the MMA Cage. The facility is nice. The trainers are very good and welcoming to newcomers. Highly recommended!

I have known Cornell Garrett, the owner of Dragon Arts, for a number of years now. He is a man of character and humility and his gym reflects this. I must be honest and say that I had preconceived notions about Kung fu that were incorrect. Dragon arts offers effective grappling and striking classes as well as self defense and mma training that has proven successful in the cage. As a person that has been in and around gyms most of my life I give my highest endorsement to Dragon Arts.
