Just fixed my iphone and had an excellent customer service experience. Haven’t been treated that good in west omaha since I moved here. This is the first repair place Ive ever been where I didn’t get that (they’re trying to rip me off feeling). Definitely will come back if I break anything again.

I went there today, I had bought a phone off eBay that had a issue where the entire screen was separated from the frame. I never had an appointment or anything, they looked at it and said they thought it would take a half hour to fix. I came back in a half hour and they had it fixed, the screen was securely attached. Here’s the crazy part, they didn’t even charge me. I would highly recommend Fix It Fast for any cell phone or electronics repair that you need.

I have used this app, for the past couple years. We find random restaurants to eat at, when we can’t decide. I have never once in the 100’s of times used felt compelled to leave a review. Until today. I rely on Unilocal ratings for a lot of businesses. So I drove in from Fremont, based on the review. I am so glad I did. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! With a brand new IPhone screen. The gentleman behind the counter was Chris. He was such a class act. I hope I never have to go back (in a good way) but in the case it did, I would go no where else. I recommended him already to friends. He saved me so much money not going through insurance!

The guys who work there are very polite and honest. My fiancé went in thinking her screen was broken but her screen protector was just broken. They could have easily lied to me and charged me full price to take off that protector and I would have never known. Will go back again if I need to and will recommend to anyone in need of a repair.

These guys knew their stuff, did it quicker than promised and were extremely nice. Other tech places I talked to about the issue talked down to me — these guys respected what I had to say and did exactly what I needed. They were also very affordable so I was able to get my phone fixed for a fraction of what it would have cost me through Sprint even with the insurance. They’re also one of the few places I’ve found that will work on a BlackBerry AND bonus points for not talking smack about it.

This place is awesome. Good old fashion customer service, they want to make sure you are happy and make sure your devices are fix correctly.
A lot of the issues are fixed the same day. Gotta love that type of service.

We took my son’s Chromebook in to have the LED replaced and Chris advised us it would take about two weeks to get it in, with in a week he had the part expedited and my son’s Chromebook back to us. Awesome Customer Service!!!

Very happy with my experience. I dropped my sons iphone 5 with a cracked screen off, with the intention of my wife picking it up later the same day. By the time I had processed my credit card payment and called my son to get his password code the phone was ready! Very friendly owner and assistant gave me an internet coupon (without being asked) and a great deal on an upgraded screen protector. Could not have been nicer.
This is good, old fashioned customer service. My best wishes to this company, they are doing everything right to be successful.

had an older iphone, but it was having weak antennae service. Decided i would test this new company out and see if they could fix it. i was going to drop it off and hoped to keep it under $ 50. The gentleman said, «let me take a quick look», he came back in 2 minutes, showed me the problem, said it was a connection issue, handed it back to me 2 minutes later fixed and said it was minor and waived all fees! Going back later today with bigger items. Beat my every expectation. Highly recommended. Going into my permanent phonebook for the future

I stopped in worried that my brand new phone’s charging port was so messed up I’d have to buy a whole new phone. Chris took a look for free, showed me an alternate way to charge it and let me know pricing if I eventually wanted to get it done.
