Forever 21

Forever 21 in the Westroads is huge! Perfect for the skinny girl who’s looking for a cheap outfit for a night in or out. Girls between a size 11−18− move on. I find their clothes in the regular department too small, and their plus size way too big. I am at a loss :(I love their accessories and sometimes for find clothing that fits the chest area. If I can’t find a particular accessory, I can always find it here. Since the remodeling of the store, clothing is a lot more organized and I could probably spend a couple hours going through everything in the store. They also offer kids, men, and plus-​size at this location.

Is it me, or is this just an American Apparel knock off? With super-​trendy albeit low quality clothes to boot. I mean this place is super cheap and I appreciate the fact that the new store has a dedicated men’s section, but sometimes the prices are so low you know beforehand that as soon as you wear something from here a couple times it’s going to start to fray at the edges.
For example, I bought a pair of flip-​flops here last summer. And they fell apart after about two days. Plus, their sizes are inconsistent — is a large a large here or is it equivalent to your typical size medium elsewhere? IDFK. Sometimes it’s both. I’ll admit I do have a few items from here that are, well, acceptably nice. But overall you feel like you’re being sold a shopping experience rather than actual quality products. Maybe I’d think differently if I was a teenage girl, who — let’s face it – F21 is targeting anyway.

I know 4 stars is a bit much for a F21 franchise, but if you compare it to what it was before or many of the other older locations in the US, the one at Westroads mall really proves its a up to date location and deserves a 4 just for that.
There are 2 floors, and the garments are all organized and not haphazardly thrown around and back onto the rack. When I was there, the shoes, accessories, and makeup areas were clean and neat, and although I didnt interact with the salespeople, they were roaming around the store and keeping things in the right places. There is a lot of selection in this store regarding clothing and shoes and accessories.
Def a place I’ll return to shop.

The newly revamped F21 is something that was long overdue. I’ve visited it twice and found that it was 10x easier to find clothes and shop without bumping into people and getting uncomfortable.
But while the store was revamped the staff remain the same. As clueless and useless as ever. If you’re looking for service look elsewhere. I had a question about a shoe size and ONLY after «stalking» a girl for 15 minutes was I able to flag her down and ask if there were any other sizes.
Seriously? I felt like I was some sort of animal looking for its next meal. Come on. It should not be that difficult to flag someone down.

Newly renovated, spacious, organized, everything that I would find in a forever 21 in a big city right here at Westroads mall in Omaha. I love the revamped store and that it has a men’s section too, it’s much easier to maneuver around and shop when there aren’t clothes stuffed to the max on the racks. Before the renovation I would avoid this store at all costs because it was crowded with people and crowded with clothes.
Now, shopping at forever 21 is a breeze with more space and much more organized.
So why the 2 stars? It was my boyfriend’s and my first time in this store since the renovation and he actually wanted to check it out, see if there was anything good and at great prices. We walked around to take a look see and when we couldn’t find what we were looking for I searched around for an employee to help. The only thing that differentiates an employee from a customer is a bright yellow lanyard around their neck that says, «forever 21» on it, so look carefully cuz they can be hard to spot. When I finally spotted some employees I saw that there were three young girls in a small circle fully engaged in a conversation with each other. I’ve worked retail for years and one of the most consistent rules we had to follow at the different companies was that customer service is of the utmost importance, it’s cool to talk etc, but be there for the customer as much as possible and provide exceptional customer service, because it is that service that keeps them coming back and bringing more people to the store or restaurant.
When I approached the girls their facial expressions looked as though I was interrupting them and rather than walking me over to what I was looking for the girl just pointed in the direction of where to go and said it was by the cash registers.
Perhaps I expect more from people who work in the customer service industry because it is what I would do, in any case, I don’t think three employees should be completely engaged in a conversation in a small circle and give the customers the impression that their conversation is more important than… hmm…doing their job. Don’t get me wrong, the girl that responded was sweet, but I think more training should be offered to provide better service to shoppers. We didn’t find what we were looking for, but I do love the new layout and have high hopes for the employees of this chain. But whenever there is free shipping online, I might just shop through the comfort of my home.

I do. Not on purpose it just happened to be across the way from Victoria’s Secret and I HAD to go there…
I didn’t really knew this mall had one until I saw some young hipsters skipping around with an iced coffee in one hand and a brightsemi-​hot pink Forever 21 bag. Um… I did a double take. PINK!!! They are yellow in CA. I haven’t been to one recently (in the last month) so maybe they have changed them up a bit. Not sure.
I asked the Omaha ladies why they were pink and they said they weren’t sure but new it was temporary.
So I walk in and I was done in less than 7 minutes. 2 chunky necklaces and 2 tops and a pair of earrings. Already broke the earrings but comes with a decent story so I’ll live.

Best place to find clothes that you will probably only wear once or twice if you are lucky.
